1.  Use the Scripture for daily journaling.  Perhaps form a group, as someone did in MA, to meet once a week and share what Jesus said to you in the journaling and insights about the meaning in our lives of these verses.

2.  Increase your tools by attending the video programs that are being held.  Spiritual development videos monthly and Healing Clinic or Dream Clinic when we get a big enough group.  See your last newsletter or call Sr. Barb at the office to get info or sign up. (314-633-7011)

 3.  Attend a 12-step meeting.

 4.  Attend a Centering Prayer group (in St. Louis)

7.  For reflection get Richard Rohr's daily meditations.  Sign up at cac@cacradicalgrace.org.  Tell them you want to sign up for Father Rohr's daily meditations.

8.  Listen to tapes or CD's of past retreats and do the prayer experiences on them.  If you don't have any of them, get the list from the office. (314-633-7011)
