1. Use the Scripture for daily journaling. Perhaps form a group, as
someone did in MA, to meet once a week and share what Jesus said to you
in the journaling and insights about the meaning in our lives of these
verses.
2. Increase your tools by attending the video programs that are
being held. Spiritual development videos monthly and Healing Clinic or
Dream Clinic when we get a big enough group. See your last newsletter

3. Attend a 12-step meeting.
